Meet Lisa Belle, our founder and passionate recipe creator and purveyor of all the Moonscoops deliciousness.

As a young girl, she watched and helped her Italian grandmother and mother make pasta by hand. Her father always had a sourdough starter ready and fresh-baked bread on the table. Making cookies, baking, and creating specialty desserts was a way of life.

Lisa Belle’s husband, Jon, and their three children carry on that tradition by making food and treats together as a sweet and shared experience. Watching the joy sweep over the faces of loved ones at the first taste of a treat is worth every effort!

We love creating and curating incredible desserts to create your own unique experience with our three core offerings: fresh-baked cookies, artisanal organic soft-serve ice cream, and house-made Italian ice - all of which can be stratospherically & uniquely customized.
